You will love our modern, stylish salon. The colours will help you relax and escape from the outside world while you are given a precision cut and beautiful colour treatments. We will also give you after-care advice and a special personalised hair plan to make sure you don’t just leave the salon looking amazing – but can re-create your style at home.

Hair design and training

Whether you need a regular haircut or a complete re-style, you will love the results you get at SW1.

We honestly believe our training is the best in the business. We invest a great deal of time and resources into every member of staff to make sure they have the best qualifications available - enabling them to reach the top of their profession.

Training takes place at SW1 using a college-linked scheme and our most experienced stylists are hairdressing assessors. They evaluate the trainees every step of the way and encourage them to become excellent, confident hairdressers and reach NVQ Level 3 (Advanced Hairdressing).

Products and techniques are constantly improving so we also make sure that every member of the SW1 team remains up-to-date by attending L'Oreal, Wella, Tigi, Ecokid and 365 Salon Success courses and that their skills are continually developed to make sure you get the best possible treatment on the market. New to the salon is L'Oreal colour and treatments for dry damaged and coloured hair. Come and experience the healthier, glossier and more manageable hair.

Your colour

Wella is the colour product we like best. Some team members have earned the highly acclaimed Master Colour Award which means they can offer a wide range of colour services and skills and help you choose the one that is exactly right for you. They are also on hand to give advice to other stylists at SW1. To make sure we keep up to date, we have regular training sessions in the salon and at Wella’s studios in London.
